So today we had a dig at installing a new 4.44 rear diff in Miki's legacy.

I took some pics of the journey as we all know a rear diff is always a fun job... LOL

we had a few issues, couldn't get the two bolts undone to free the diff from the new rear assembly must have rusted out in japan? so it met our mate, grinder.

We got the job done in under a day! so props to Miki.

apart from those two bolts on the new cross member it was an easy job to do.

Ouch looks like a bitch to do on the ground, im doing a whole sub frame and diff on a gen3

I'd suggest getting some high tensile bolts to replace the studs in the back of the diff.

makes removal/fitting 11ty times easier.
