So i have finally bought myself a newer car. 2007 white forester XT. non lux but still very happy with it. and boost. so much more fun.
bought it locally from a dealer completely stock as a rock.... for now...

Plans?
- Swap over parts from old foz (Interior lights, Sound System, etc)
- New diffback for some happy noise Posted Image
- Lowerage (maybe coilovers, probably suspension from old foz)
- 22mm Rear sway bar + extras
- Resonatorectomy
- Bigger scoop/splitter
- Bigger TMIC
- Full exhaust (havent yet figured out what i need though)
- 4/2 pot brake upgrade or just better pads/rotors
- Tune

A picture i took from quick cruise to the beach

Thats all for now... happy boosting :)

Hey mate,

Should be a good base car to start modding it. Couple of people on here with that model Forry so should be a bit of info kicking around.

Welcome.

Nice upgrade, the XT must be a whole different animal to your last Foz! Did you keep the new XT rims from your last car?

yerp rims are a keeper for now, its a shame they dont fit 4 pots (but thats later on maybe). and completely different animal to drive, love it. and its not that bad on fuel so far anyway. 140km for just under 1/4 of tank so far.
and shall be dropped like said motherfucker, not sure on what though (i do have some superlows kicking around though lol)

Yer I know, it sucks cause they look better than the old ones. But that's how I got them (another guy didn't know that before he bought them for his foz gt.
Well might sell my old ones, then when want to upgrade, sell these ones, and by that time get some much nicer ones

well i ditched the sh xt wheels as i have some 4 pots on the way (when we can get around to swapping them from a mates foz to mine and mine to his). was going to look at investing in some white wheels but have gone down a slightly different road.

17" black k-speed reverbs (i think), a te37 copy. initially looked smaller than they were but must have grown after i watered them. and for $300 all up cant complain.

Cheers guys only issue now is scrubbing as they are +40 stock is +48 offset. But only when have passengers or a load in the boot. guards already rolled and still scrubs. thinking will need either some rear camber bolts and put in some neg camber or will eventually need new struts/springs/coilovers.

They look tall - like a 45.
Just add some rear camber.
2002 Outback - it's different...
