You can have my coilovers of my gen2 for a $1000 plus postage, not even 12 months old.

I have BC racing coilovers from justjap. For $1200 delivered. I love them. But you might hate them. You won't get a definite answer, because some people hate them. Some people like them.

All I can suggest is try find someone with them and see if you can live with them!

+1

I love them and had them in my last three cars. best thing to do is as Adam say's, try and get a ride in a few different cars with them and see what you think. they're all different so one set of X coilovers vs Y coilovers isn't an apple for apples comparison. a set of Cusco Zero 2E, Tein Super Streets or Ohlins are all going to be a different so don't make up your mind before you research all your options properly

awd coilovers will go straight in or require minimal modifications, just need to adjust the height as the FWD mounting points o nthe rear hub are in different spots. thanks, Ben.

I finally caved and bought some on Monday, Waiting for them to arrive.

As everyone else has said, just find some people that have them and see if you like them or not.
