I dont know much about them but have you cleaned the inlet filter?
If it has one, it would be behind the water inlet fitting.

Maybe the adjustment on the pressure swich has gone haywire?

Hi,

I'll get Brett to take a look see. He's pretty proficient with those things.

When my Gerni died, it was cheaper to buy a new one than get it fixed.

Cheers,
Nik

Hi,

Not sure about particulates, but I'd definitely encourage you to go for metal fittings.

I haven't looked back since going brass fit on my connectors.

Cheers,
Nik

From what I know the cheaper Karcher have plastic pumps (and are Chinese made), hence the plastic fittings.

I have an Italian made Bosch (metal fittings) and it has lasted well and still going. At the time it was $10 more than the cheapie Karcher at Bummings.
