It can be distracting sometimes and requires a bit of discipline to get things done. But, it's a hell of a lot more chilled than being in the office!

I don't really need to, but might as well, give me something to do these days, kinda got too comfortable after the girlie came into the pic,

but, I ain't running, no chance.. i'll do whatever I can to avoid any physical activity.

I hear ya loud and clear. Have you ever seen someone running that looks like they enjoy it?

I've gotta lose some kg's too, I might have to dust off the old rowing machine... That thing makes you shed weight like you've been dropped in Ethiopia.

Gym in the morning before work.

Run 4K at lunchtime when the weathers good.

I hate running also, but it does the job and keeps you pretty fit.

Running.. It sure does keep you fit. i used to run alot when I was younger. Long distance, cross country squad, I even managed a 4.16 mile once.
Then I started playing rugby.
Then my ankles were stuffed.

HAHAHA!!! I like this milk shake business.. shed KG's off while you sit on the couch in your jocks watching fox, what more could you ask for!
