Gents

Basically I have seen some forester SH headlights with the bezel blacked out and it looks great, problem is my headlights don't fit in the oven (headlights are massive)

Does anyone know of somewhere (prefer Sydney and Northern Beaches) that could do it?

I can post pictures if required

Maybe a heat gun on low heat?

I have a feeling a few over at club.liberty have done it this way.

If I told you I was a compulsive liar, would you believe me?

I got my sg headlights open with a heat gun and a couple of flathead screwdrivers to pry the clips open after the glue had softened. I would assume it's a similar thing on an sh

I have given it a dig so far with a heat gun, my issue is that the glue is so thick and the headlight is so big that the glue continues to set as you move around the headlight

You might need a 2nd set of hands to help out. Someone working the heat gun and the other prying it open.

Hmm, panel beater?

Or local pizza shop's oven.

Let me know if you want a hand, as I'd be keen on this also.

Interesting might have to hit him up, shame it might need to buy a spare set of lights first as the car is used everyday! Also looking for someone to tint my tail lights, DIY is so over rated!

Buy film and take to Tint-a-Car etc. Or hit up Shaz, he used to tint.
