I've got no idea about them. I think Nik bought one if I'm not mistaken...

Nik and Amsy both have one.

I like them, and starting to wish I got one.

As soon as she hands it to you, slowly take of your pants, then, while staring her straight in the eyes rub it against the tip of you penis, while continuing your painfully intense gaze whisper to her;

"My eye is watering, this might be a bit hot"

I should just convert to single, right?

Thread on overclockers about them, some say the besterest phone ever, others sell them in a month.

I wouldn't mind one now the 'invite' bs is over.

Yeah I like the specs and the price, but the customer support seems shit from what I can gather on the forums. I wouldn't say its the best phone, but it is the best phone for that price lol.

Though the pre-orders went to crap so maybe the next round will be better, Though I may just get my missus to get me one from Hong Kong as they a readily available in China with the Bamboo back. It seems easier than getting the phone sent twice through their site as they don't ship to Australia and would have to forward it.

Yes, i've got one as does Nik and 2 other mates of mine.

For the price, it can't be beaten. Even for the $800-900 smartphones it is still strong competition.

What do you want to know?

Ugh i could ramble on for forking days about this stuff.

Have you been having any issues etc? I just got my invite today so will get it sent to family in Hong Kong and forward it to me. But not sure if it is worth it, there seems to be a few issues with them and alot of issues with after purchase service.

Hi,

What do you mainly use your phone for?

I'm fairly heavy email/forum/social messaging/ photos

That's about it.

As AMS said, punches above it's weight.

Great battery life

Not as good reception as the Nexus5, but only noticeable out here in the middle of nowhere.

Terrible audio playback quality. Deplorable. I had to giggle with settings for a bit before people would even answer my calls.

It is big. Like two hands to unlock just about. LOL.

It's only worth buying if you need a new phone.

Cheers,

Nik

I've had a few small touchscreen issues that were fixed in the last round of updates. Otherwise i've had no issues (including the audio quality complains Nik has).

@NIK: Are you talking about speakerphone/audio over the loudspeaker?

You have small hands. It's hard to sms/email with one hand, i'll agree but I think it's the perfect size compromise between my tablet and my old phone...

Ugh i could ramble on for forking days about this stuff.

Hi,

I can't leave the double tap setting on because of field work. I keep calling people and somehow making their numbers amalgamate with Ash on my phone contacts?

:)

Also, RE the hands, I only mean to unlock with left hand. You can unlock to email/google/etc. - I probably just need to move that wheel setting around? Thinking while typing.

The audio quality is for whatsapp audio messages - they are compressed somehow, but this issue is isolated to whatsapp and the OpO.

:)

Cheers,

Nik

Hi,

It's the microphone quality.

If you normally use an external mic, you probably haven't noticed. Then again, I guess you don't only talk to people with a helmet on!

Weird.

Cheers,

Nik

I use it regularly during the day for work stuff without any real issues.

I find sometimes you have to have it on the right angle over your ear just because the phone is quite large it doesn't sit over your ear-hole properly but after a few goes i've found the right way, it does sound pretty shit if you don't have it right. Guess there is that - but that's probably "big phone specific" not really OPO.

Hi,

Yes for sure. And to be fair my expectations are quote personal specific.

Never had so many people comment onmy phone before, so if you get one soon expect people to ask Weston's

Cheers,
Nik
