I picked up the car today after having the engine bay rust fixed up. It looks a million times better now  :D

Very nice! What size cable did the guys run to the battery? Interested in doing it myself, but want to make sure I have the correct size cable. I currently have 35mm2 afflex sitting in the shed. Enough to do a parallel run.
Could you get a few Pics of the boot install?

MY00 Red RX, a nice daily that was sold off once the B4 became reliable...
MY02 Blue B4, aka 'The Project' - v8 JDM STi engine package and assorted other 'goodies' - Sold, then bought back for parts. Stripped and crushed.
MY03 Blue RX, the newer old daily, pretty well more B4 than RX now... In the process of being converted to the track toy... Watch this space!
MY02 Silver Wagon, H6 conversion, full blue/black leather and almost full black interior to go with it.
MY03 White/Silver H6 Outback, donor car for silver waghoon.
MY97 Silver RX, acquired to become track car, but plans changed. To be stripped and scrapped in time.

Hopefully in the next couple of weeks. Just waiting for Dahtone Racing to be able to fit me in.

Thanks mate yeah looks heaps better. I thought about moving the fusebox to under the dash and tucking all the wires etc for that shaved clean look but cheapest price I could get was $1800 just to relocate the fuse box alone.

Not to sure on cable size but the cables aren't cheap that's for sure. The battery is in a black box in the boot looks like it was there from factory. Very neat and tidy. I'll put a pic up tomorrow when I'm on the laptop.

Subaru's are an absolute pain to make the engine bay look clean. I love this engine bay shot though.

That pic is unfiltered and the engine bay not washed lol But its slowly becoming less cluttered. Id love to relocate and hid the fuse box and abs so its all clean and neat then fill in any unused holes and repaint. But so much $$

I decided to give the interior a detail today. Doesn't come up to bad for a 3 year old car with 185,000kms on the body.

I had a brand new GTX3582r to go on but my wife was involved in a car accident last month (not her fault) and it wrote our car off. Unfortunately the insurance pay out didn't quite cover the finance owing so had to sell the turbo to cover it :( tax return will buy me another GTX35 or a Precision 6262 though ;)
