This is a mod I did to get onto boost earlier and get a couple of extra pounds. I replaced the OEM 0.9mm restrictor pill in the vacuum hose off the primary turbo with a 0.6mm mig welding tip. It is stronger through each turbo now. Please note that the mod was done on the factory boost controller, my bleed valve was removed. Easy as.

Yeah but I wanted something for the competition. Taking it out would open the wastegate early right.

Just an update on what I did today. I got my I.M shipment which consisted of 2 turbo to cooler hoses and the cooler to manifold short one as well as the post afm one. I decided a while ago to try two options with the car. One was ust to pump up the boost. It went well but became less driveable. The other option I am now using is BMC panel filter, hoses and smaller pill. It feels just as quick as when I pushed the boost up now and that terrible George sound has gone. It was the primary turbo pipe. It sounds like it is blowing harder and it now gets to full boost 200-300rpm earlier with less VOD. Well it feels a lot more responsive and powerful than a stock gen 3 Blitzen now on stock boost. Oh and a 2.5in catback. Just thought you guys may be interested in my trials. Rob

I run flutter. No BOV at all. No boost leaks anymore.
