Looking good!! For some reason i really like how the oil filter sits up high on these engines lol

Nice pickup. That is really great with the oil filter location! Easy to replace! Are there any cons about it?

 

Also, those surely could not be HID lights. HIDs in reflector housings are illegal?? Or did you fit HIDs since buying?

Lights are factory item
Led drl Parkers with HID low beam
Nothing illegal here all factory from Subaru
Can't u see the factory pop up washes

They are indeed factory HID's but not in the traditional projector style housing....

Or the chrome strip from reflector to reflector which goes behind the towbar?

I had a nissan SR20 with the oil filter up top - not nearly as accessible as this (was hidden behind PS pump lines, at about 45degrees angle if I recall), but it was much cleaner than the EJ filter, where you can't avoid a hand-full of oil pulling the filter.

Nice to put it right there.

Haha I remember my SR20 oil filter... I asked the dude at Supercheap what tool I could buy to remove it. He told me to pay someone else to do the oil change :D

I was under the impression that HIDs in Aus were only ADR approved in a projector housing. My bad.
