I received these today (http://www.ebay.com....=item27ff00285d) and i'm wondering if these will bolt straight on or will they need modifying to fit. Any help greatly appreciated :)

Best idea would be to stick your head under the car and have a gander. If your current ones are just a big Y sort of thing id say theyll fit. Worst case an exhaust shop should be able to make them do for a reasonable amount

Yeah i had a peak under there a little earlier today and it kinda looked like they wouldnt match up. How much are we talking for a shop to mod them?

From these two photos, does it look like they'll line up or not? Pic 1 . http://www.overl0ad....AB/IMG_1525.jpg Pic 2. http://www.empireperformance.com.au/275-thickbox_default/subaru-impreza-20l-25l-non-turbo-exhaust-header.jpg

I was looking at those for my car, whats the quality like? Can you post up a video of how it all sounds when you get them on?
Cheers

Hi Soans,

So ive finally got my shit together and im, at last, gonna be able to get stuck into my car. Couple of questions on those headers - did they come with gaskets and an 02 sensor?

Cheers

Well gaskets is a good start... How hard is it to get the O2 sensor swapped over? Or, how much would it be for a shop to do it?

I don't think it would be too hard if you know what you're doing hahaha, but I think its also fairly cheap to get a shop to do it which is what i'd do.

best off getting a shop to do it mate.

its not a hard process, they just need to drill out a section of the header and make a bung for the o2 sensor to be put in there. slight modification and fab work. would just be a bit of extra labour required on the bill, would be best to get them to do it while fitting it IMO.

Should have bungs, I got a set for my gen 4 spec.b (ended sending EL instead of UEL) but still had the sensor bungs as far as I know
