I have a 2001 subaru liberty rx third generation and I want to get an alternator that has a higher power output, will a forester alternator be more powerful or fit my car, or is there a good place I can get aftermarket alternators

I'm thinking I might need one too, at the limit with power draw from the current alternator I believe. Got nice dimming lights when I turn up the volume, that PDX-V9 pulls a bit of power.

 

Are the standard alternators rated at 80A?
