Getting those stubborn engine harness plugs off

Ive pushed that tab as hard as as I can and pulled with all my might but it's stuck!

Anyone have some tips on getting these plugs to detach?

It's a h6 outback if that helps

Push the plug in then press in the tab then pull.

don't force it - you'll typically bust something.

Put a flatblade screwdriver between the plug and socket - twist it gently for your removal force while pushing in the appropriate tab.
