Add a TD04 and WRX/ STI Top-Mount.
Get some more fuel into it and you're set

Could do it as simply as using an adjustable fuel pressure regulator,
or using a regulator with 1.1:1 rising rate.

But a haltech interceptor, or a PS500, piggy-backed as a fulke/ ign controller would do the job I'm sure

Personally, I'd research and do the mechanicals, throw a wideband in the exhaust and see what it does.
the factory tune might have enough resolution and fuel to support a TD04@9-10psi
or with a couple more PSI of base fuel pressure
