G'day guys, i would like to introduce my widebodied JDM STI named Chloe. She started life out as a blue bug STI, completely stripped of all panels and glass etc to a bare chassis and swapped over from an 03 JDM STI so now has all of those JDM goodies like a function rear wiper etc. I purchased her back in december last year (2015) with the current modifications.

Full MY03 JDM STI conversion, completed by Michael South.
JDM ej207 with bigport heads, one piece inlet manifold, twin scroll.
JDM driveline, with plated sti diffs, DCCD
MY03 sti front end update with adjustable factory jdm HID headlights
JDM quick rack steering 13.1
Rear JDM window wiper
JDM dash and cluster with 8,000rpm rev limit.
This is a complete jdm sti conversion, every last nut and bolt and body panel is off a MY03 jdm sti donor car, chassis is a oz spec MY02 sti.

ENIGINE:
Stock JDM EJ207 version 8 motor with big port heads
ProcessWest v-mount - fitted by Kev at ProcessWest along with the rest of their catalogue
ProcessWest anti surge fuel system, bosch 044 pump wired into vipec ecu, all wiring upgraded to Insight Motorsport spec.
ProcessWest engine oil cooler
ProcessWest gear box oil cooler - not connected
ProcessWest big maf intake
400ltr/hr in tank pump wired into vipec
TCP 3" twin scroll down pipe hpc coated
SMB 3" exhuast, 5" pinned SMB 100 cel metal cat, SMB resonator & SMB muffler with modded sti tip.
Blouch 1.5xtr twin scroll turbo set up for external waste gates
Tomei twin scroll manifold
Moore Performance custom up-pipe with twin low mounted waste gate ports and dump tubes
2x Tial MVS 38mm external waste gates
3port boost selinoid
5 bar map sensor
Id2200's
Killer b v2 sump, wind age tray & oil pick up tube.
Saikou Michi Dual catch cans

ECU/ELECTRONICS:
Vipec pnp ecu tuned for Caltex eflex by Insight Motorsport
Hi-low boost controlled through intercooler spray switch

SUSPENSION/HANDLING:
Whiteline sway bars f22 r24
5x114.3 hub conversion
KW variant 3 with KW clubsport springs
East Coast Suspension spec front camber tops
Volk TE37 wheels 18x10.5 +15

Dba 5000 rotors front
Dba 4000 rotors rear
HEL braided brake lines
Feddo ds3000 pads
Project mu hand brake shoes

DRIVETRAIN:
Cusco copper twin plate clutch
Cusco engine and transmission mounts
STI braided clutch line
Kartboy Pitch Stop
Kartboy 6MT front shifter stay bushing

DriveShaft Shop 800hp rear driveshafts

EXTERIOR:
Killer B grill to hide the v mount set up
Ultrex PU STI style lip

INTERIOR:
Cobra Suzuka Pro fixed back drivers bucket seat
Defi boost gauge
Defi oil temp gauge
Defi oil pressure gauge
Defi water temp gauge

Zeitronix wideband AFR gauge

I royally fried my clutch at the Mighty Car Mods Nationals at Eastern Creek and thought i may as well build the motor whilst its out (funny how things escalate so quickly) so now she is in at Ichiban Imports for a forged motor, flex sensor/tune etc. this is the current parts list for them

05 ej207 case (20thou over, decked and cleaned)
brand new 05 STI ej207 crank
Manley turbo tuff rods
Manley platinum pistons
ACL race bearings
ARP CA625 head studs
cometic 0.55mm head gaskets

kelford 264 single AVCS camshafts

kelford 24psi valve springs and retainers

flex fuel sensor

Xtreme 200mm sprung centre ceramic twin plate clutch

Im capping the power at 300kw but it will be an incredibly responsive and driveable power thanks to the twin scroll and cams. any questions on the build feel free to ask away

Killer set up, always nice buying something relatively complete, hard work and money spent (bar the motor and clutch I guess).

Sounded sick at MCM.

I put up with people from amnesty, red cross and now the cancer council almost daily hounding me!! Throw in the greens, green peace, unhcr, save the forking children and I've well and truly hit my limit for the number of fuckstains wanting me to sign something or give money. Seriously cubts,  :fork: right off.

it was definitely a good base to buy, had all the supporting mods done properly and gives me something to work on. once the motor is up and running i have an AGI half cage to go in and then ill be working on a hydraulic handbrake that fits neatly with the factory console area

Nice setting it up for predominately track, motorkhana, skid pan by the sounds.

Loved your old bug too pity about its end due to someones else's actions.

In regards to the hydro set up there is a guy on Ozfoz with one in his track XT and he has detailed documentation of the process and the issues he had along the way getting it sorted, might be worth a read its under YETI SLED in the forester builds section.
