The swaybar could be bent if you're breaking new links. Although the links are supposed to be the weak link in the standard setup (better to break a link then to bend the bar), they're just not up to the task when the swaybar is upgraded.
It might be time for some HD links

Buy a silicone intake. I had the same problems. The plastic intake gets too old and brittle.

I fit a brand new oem one. Figured it'd be good for another 150k.

Where you find a brand new oem one?
Perhaps I can look at cost comparison.

Nope.
You would have to replace the seal which sits between the cam cover and the head in the spark plug bore. You should be able to buy a kit which has both spark plug bore seals and the seal which runs around the cover.
If it's not that the covers will be leaking in the corners onto the manifold causing the burning up.
I wouldn't recommend doing it yourself as it's quit difficult to get right, unless of course you have the confidence and skills to do so.

I bought genuine cam cover seals from Partsouq.
What's hard about it Jimbo? I did it myself. Just a few difficult to reach bolts.

Ive never had a good experience with it. Fought with leaking cam covers on my Gen2 GTB constantly. Tried everything and never got it to seal. I reckon it had warped the cover a bit so couldn't ever get a good seal.
Ive seen a few times people do it and catch the seal when they put the cover back on not realising, then losing half their oil when they turn the car on.
I remember it was a bit fiddly. Mind you I am trying to find another oil leak. Did check the cam covers quickly, but I might have another look.

On another subject I said earlier that I saw my gear oil seem to mix with water or some kind and I want to change it
I saw these 2 in the stores
* which ones do recommend?
*how much bottle2 do I need? ( I heard 2 and now I'm hearing 3)
Now keep this mind. I was blown away by the price difference not that it matters. I want the best for longevity...the royal purple is three time more expensive than the other

The most important thing is that it must be API GL-5.. I think both of those are ok (according to the web) - but check the bottles.
You'll need 4 litres (4.2 Qt) for the gearbox, and if you want to do the diff, another 0.8 l. - that's five of those bottles.
Buy a larger bottle for $$, and something fully synthetic (like Penrite Pro Gear, Castrol Syn Gear, Valvoline SynGear, etc) for better shifting performance.
Some people swear by Royal Purple - others think its just a price con. I tend to be in the latter camp.
EDIT: Don't be fooled by the appearance of normal used gear oil. Mineral GL5 has a lot of sulpher in it (hence the smell) - which is designed to bind to the gears, providing a protective film on them. Hypoid gears then wipe against each other and scrape some of this film off.
The used oil ends up looking quite milky, and seems to have small particles floating in it.
