$30 poorer today. My picks were shitty, I did get excited as I had $10 on Hartnell to win but came two places too short. $10 each on Big Orange and Excess Knowledge for a place.

Anyone get up?

No Jase, I've got a full size spare.

For both the 17's & 18'S.

Why do you ask ??

There's a blue GenIII wagon (GTB?) that I see in your work carpark, thought it might be yours. It's been running a space saver for a little while now.

Bridgestone has 3 for 4 atm. Very tempted to book it in.

Not a fan of the factory Dunlop Sport Maxx. Very hard compound. Plain dangerous in the wet. Borderline in the dry, if you can live with feeling every forking ripple in the road.

I should have waited for that deal, instead of getting raped for my RE003's.

Current quote is $846 with a wheel alignment for 245/40/18. I'm going to ask around quickly when I get a moment but the local JAX has told me he'll match any quote.

Very nice prices. I paid $870 for all four in 225/40 R18 including labour and balancing/wheel alignment. And that was on mates rates from a member at club.liberty who worked for Kmart Tyre & Auto at the time.

Lols, what a rip. I just put on 225/40 KU39s for under $700 in Sep with alignment, no mates rates.

17's are cheap!

Not a bad selection in 215/45-17.

Forkall in 215/45-18.

I ended up booking at Bridgestone. $765 + $75 alignment. With JAX I had to wait until next weekend, where he was $6 more and I have to help my sister move :P I could have gone back to JAX and got him to price match but convenience and a better price wins this round.

Subaru wanted to do balance and alignment for $132 with the service yesterday, but I told them not to bother. There is apparently 3-4mm left to the markers on the Dunlops, so I'll chuck those on Gumtree. But they don't exactly inspire confidence on the road if you're an enthusiast. Very uncomfortable tyre. You feel every ripple and bump in the tarmac and it slips far too easy, worse in the wet.
