What's cracking down in Mexico? Any damage from the rains you guys had recently?
Not much Gaz.
Almost finished work for the year, just a couple of big weeks then it looks like I'll have nothing until early Feb.
Good side is I think the ex and I will swap child care during school holidays. I'll have them during the week and she has them for the weekends, so I'll be spending heaps of time with them. She can have a taste of working and limited social life.
We did have a some rain, but I wouldn't call them damaging.
Monday there was a freak weather event that caused lots of people respiratory distress. I was chatting to a mate who works at one of our major hospitals and apparently Monday they had more than double the number of people go through emergency. Seems the media wasn't reporting the full story early in the week, maybe to stop the public from panicking. Serious shit when the weather can kill people.

Good stuff mate. I'll be working for the majority of the Christmas period but it's slow as fork because everyone is away and North Sydney isn't particularly a busy area when people aren't working and are too busy heading off on their holidays, haha.
Oh that was on the news as well actually. Last I heard there were four people who had died.
