i wanna put a 1998 rx suby with a working engine and transfer to my 2002 rx suby

So a 98 engine in your 2002 rx? No chance. Wiring is vastly different and just about everything other than the bare engine block. Besides putting an engine older than the car itself is illegal from an emissions standpoint.

What's wrong with your engine?
If it's a an issue within the shortblock then you might get away with just swapping that.
Probably better off going for some thing newer or rebuilding what you have.

May as well do a halfcut turbo conversion for that amount of effort...

What's the issues with the engine?
All you can really swap is the '98 block and heads onto the '02 intake manifold to make it work.
If your issue is a sensor you won't solve it this way! If you've got low compression or blow by issues you'll be fine.
As for old engine into newer car it's about the emissions, not the block per sae.
