Sounds as if the upper engine cleaner is doing its job. It takes a while to exit the system, rev it to 3-4K rpm for a few minutes until it clears.
I'm pretty sure that if you disconnect a terminal any running car would stall.

Positive terminal, I'm not sure. Someone else will confirm that soon enough.
If the neg is disconnected it will definitely stall.

All those things not working suggests you bumped a plug somewhere.. check the SMJ under the dash (up above the fuse panel, the huge connector with the bolt in the middle of it)
Alternatively, maybe you've blown an important fuse. Check the big-arsed ones in the engine compartment.
What else did you do when you serviced it other than UEC? Think carefully and start your diagnosis there (ie: think to yourself "What did I screw up?")
What colour is the smoke? What does it smell like (oil. fuel, coolant) ?
Check you're getting 13V or more when the engine is idling. If not, then maybe your diagnosis of dead alt is correct.

Sounds to me like the UEC is working and it was just full of gunk. Your electrical gremlins sound more like a blown fuse. If the battery was low the dash will make a horrible relay noise and flicker when you try to crank.
