Hi All, experiencing a major clutch problem on my 98 Impreza GX and seeking some advice please. Simply the clutch isn't working, there is pressure when you depress the pedal but when is gear its just like it is in neutral. There weren't any presenting issues prior, no bearing noise or slipping. Is it likely a thrust bearing problem?

The day that the problem occurred the rear drums were fixed by a mechanic, he did bleed the system. Could there be any correlation with that? or am I grabbing at straws and need to just go and get it replaced? Cheers

Rear drums suggests fwd but I wanted to be sure ;)
