2006 WRX

-cranks but won't start
-power to coils and injectors but no pulse
-main fan stays on when ignition is switched on
-ive had a mobile mechanic and also a friend with decent scanners both scanners couldn't read ecu
-pin out on data connection may not be standard
-when ignition is turned to the ON position fuel pump will only prime if MAD sensor is disconnected
-oil pressure and engine light stay illuminated
*engine light solid(no blink)
-keyless entry no longer works
*even after changing batteries
-I've tired to do an ecu reset hoping it would clear the fault and recalibrate (with no luck)
-the previous owner has jumped and spiced wires that connect to the ecu
-some connectors have been spliced in (?maybe for ecu mapping)
-have tried another ecu
*still car cranks but wont start

Please help!!!
