Hey,

I have been having a problem with my power steering for a while now and have come to the conclusion the leaks are from the old rubber suction hose that runs from the reservoir to the top of the pump.

Subaru seems to charge a lot for this type of part

I was wondering if you guys know where I could get a hose that would suit this application

I'm also not sure what type of hose to get and the diameter of the hose

Would this also be the source of a burning smell after driving the car after long periods of time?

Thanks

Super cheap sells power steering return line which is what you need. As for size take the old one in and match it up. Wont be more than a couple of dollars

I did try Super cheap today, the only lines they had were 9.5 mm which is too small. If I was to guess the size is around 5/8 which is 15 mm
