Is there a special sealant needed when re-installing a sump?It feels like a silicone compound and comes off easy on the wire wheel.Must be good stuff if not using a gasket.

Like most of these things, Subaru recommends THREE BOND 1215 or equivalent.. ie: RTV silicone.
