Hi, I just purchased a 2006 Liberty 3.0R-B  and while i am happy with the car i have noticed the car feels flat between 30-40 kph when i drive it in i and s selection. The car has been fully serviced and has 82,000 on the clock

"i" mode is utterly useless - we use it on the highway/motorway and that's it.

"S" should be the default mode when you start the car so should be decent.

Assuming it's a facelift (because you can change 'modes') so actually an MY07?

Manual or Auto?

Have the services (plugs would of had to of been done early by time but not by km's) been done?

What fuel gets used?

And assuming it hasn't been tuned?

I'll put it down to being an auto then - ours is an auto too and sort of get what you are saying.

If you put it is S# and 'manual' shift, is it better?

Whatever tyres you can afford.

I'd get RE003's when they go on one of those 4 for 3 deals they have a few times a year.

mods are

hybrid intake (google it) 3inch pipe between the maf and the throttle body leaving the maf and air filter in oem spot.

1 inch throttle body spacer (removes heat soak from manifold to throttle body)

8mm phenolic spacers with 2mm grimmspeed gaskets (12mm total)
