That code has about 11 different possible reason to resolve. I have the same thing and I haven’t solve it as yet. But surely if I do I will post

Do you have any idea on any of the reasons why this code shows up ? Is there things yous have te tried/replaced to see if it fixes it ?

P1241 refers to the turbo system
I had this code recently and it ended of being the ECV (exhaust control valve) on the primary turbo was out of adjustment.

no no Jimbo - much better to bang out hasty (and lazy) questions on the smartphone and hope someone will bother to reply.

I think I'm done.

Adjustment of ECV is in the first post of Jimbo's excellent compilation guide to twin turbo.

http://www.subyclub....-to-twin-turbo/

Explanation in answer to your questions will be less comprehensive and actually harder to understand.  It's well worth your time putting some effort into looking at that topic, if you want to maintain your TT.

The primary turbo doesn't have an ECV only the secondary has it.

So great news.....finally my error code p1241 gone.....what fix it was trying to fix my cam shaft sensor error code.
It was the alternator all along. From day one I had that car...I had my alternator refurbished from parts online...
Thank you all.
