Just seeing if anyone around the central coast maby Sydney might have a spare oil feed line with the banjo bolt for 05 wrx, or May know where to get one other than eBay. Car is at my mechanics at the moment and hes had no luck after ringing a fair few places.

Plug your vin into partsouq.com and see if you can find the part you're after.
Just remember that prices are in $US
I've had pretty reasonable turn around times on their postage too.
I'm sure you could get an aftermarket alternative - or have someone make one up for you.

We ended up finding one and got it posted over night but wasnt the exact one so it just needed to be modified a little bit. But apparently Subaru was out of stock and had a 4-5 week wait on them.
