Hi there. I'm looking at some great leather seats from a 2011 WRX and was wondering if they would be compatible with my MY08 Impreza RS. Are all seats compatible between Impreza variants or only between same year or same generation of model? They look to have similar mounts.

Pretty sure should be fine within model. 08-13 impreza and 08-12 forester are pretty interchangeable.

Hiya Niko,

Do you have any idea what would be interchangeable for my model?

.. looking for straight swap, without mods as the OEM seats in mine are pretty unsupportive in corners.

Cheers

You can throw in 86/BRZ seats pretty easily, but passenger seat will be pretty low. You might also have dramas with airbag plugs.

Just some meaningless input but might help someone, if you want to put seats from another make into the car (like say, Evo Recaros into whatever), you could get a bracket from Wedge Brackets in the US.
