Do you realise you've posted an anti Subaru website on a Subaru enthusiasts forum?
I say leave it up. We all need to be aware of the issues consumers can face when a large company tries to avoid its obligation to consumers. He has documentation to support his case. Put yourself in his shoes? What would you do? How would you seek compensation?
