hello everyone, quick question what is the point of this?? don't know about anyone else but there isn't even any power going to it.

Rear fog light but alot tap into the brake light and run them as extra brake lights.

I *think* on the left hand side you need to chop out the hole (as it's just a blank) and get an extra bulb socket and wire that in too.
