Hey there,

Looking at buying some new johnnies for my 02 Gen 3 BE5. I'm currently looking at getting these: https://www.zerooffs...t-page/esr-sr01

Now there are two options for size as I'd like to go 17 inch in diameter. 8.5 +30 and 9.5 +20

Question #1: Can I fit a 9.5 size wheel with a moderately stretched tire on this car? I'm planning on rolling the fenders also.

Question #2: What might be the best offset? Don't want to hit the calipers and would like poke without need for a spacer as I'm running coils.

Thanks fellas

Neither of those will fit. Suibarus generally have small wheel wells. 7 or 8" in the 40 offset range is your best bet

Both will fit (as in, they'll bolt on), both should clear the calipers (as long as you don't have Brembo's).

They are going to stick out a lot. Like, lots. Like 80mm further out. https://www.willthey...=9-5&offset2=20

Have you got the Whiteline (I wouldn't get these) or Hard Race rear arms?

You'll need to run a fair bit of camber (or don't have the car low and have mexi poke) so you don't have to fully molest the guards to get them to fit (you'll still need to roll flat and pull them) - or get some universal flares...

I did some calculations and it says I'd only need a 40mm roll which isnt too bad...

Result really isnt that bad. With those specs it's totally doable considering my stock WRX 17x7 +55s have an inboard tuck of like 50mm

You've gone 30 series tyres which also puts the speedo out by 10%.

Just get 225/40 (common size, so cheaper) and it's only out by 2%.
