That is one of the saddest sights I have ever seen.

On another tip;

Hi,

We need to try and get a hold of this;

Lukosh; we are happy to pick you up from the Airport and bring you down here on the Friday, and if Richo is still keen head you back in the A(RS)E whenever he returns to the big smoke. Pretty keen to make something a bit darker with you guys as it will be approaching the colder months. We will also (well, I will) bottle some, and label it with something funky, and you guys can cop a sixer of longnecks or something.

Cheers,
Nik

So , which is better , forced carbonation or natural for the kegs ?

I have bin forcing them , but not happy with results , seem to pour fine , nice head , but goes flat too quikly ? ?

I have read naturally (putting dextrose in at kegging) , needs conditioning ... dunno if i can wait the 2-3 weeks to drink it tho :drinks:

I am happy with force carbing so far :D Didn't really seem to have any dramas with it going flat or anything... what pressure did you force carb at? was the keg cold? and how long did you leave the gas on it for?

Also maybe the glassware needs more of a rinse?

Amanda at Beerbelly told me to put it at 35psi , drop the keg to the ground and up again approx 20ish times . Did this and it didnt seem right , so did it again and guess what ,i over done it the first time . So took 4 days burping the keg twice a day till it poured right . Then it didnt last long :)
2nd brew was good to pour after doing it once , but seemed to go flatish rather quickly ...

Will see how this one goes , read somewhere online some say to put it at pouring psi and leave for a week , works perfect they rekon ..

How do you do it ?

Glasses are clean , only ever have beer in them , and rinse with water only .

I did notice as the week went the beer got better end better tho .
