When I was still doing it, ten pin bowling I was in 3 leagues a week ~$70/week for 48 weeks "High performance" bowling ball ~$400 (would be good for about 1/2 a season depending on the type and tech), I had 5 at any time, and normally bought 3 a year - I could not afford more Bowling shoes ~$300 + ~$50 for various soles and heals (interchangeable + spares). Normally get a season or two random bits an pieces ~$2-$300/year Oh, tournaments ~$300 a pop some quick numbers had it at just under $6k for the year. I was bowling in, for lack of a better term, elite levels for ~6 years... No wonder I'm broke!
