Not driven yet mate, just started.
Yep, decided to get a dyno run in.

Run in tune done today.
I'm pretty happy with the results.
A few minor issues stuffed me around.
The wastegate actuator starts to open at 21psi and as my target boost is 18-19psi (for reliability), I have to get a 1bar actuator.
If I wanted to keep the boost up tp the engine it would have seen 250ATW but I'm happy to pull that back.

You can see that the power just keeps climbing and boost is around 20psi, so at 6000rpm the curve hasn't started to plateu.

I've wired my thermo fan blowing out, not sucking in. DOH!

Need a new fuel pressure guage. Mine is about 15 pound out.

Also wanted the Motec to control boost but don't have any spare slots into the ECU so I have to buy a EBC. FARK!

Thanks Jesse,
How do you rotate the picture in photobucket? It's already the right way up there but rotated here.

Haha. A mate did the same thing with his drag car. I told him if he rewired it, he would gain another 10mph!

Nice graph BTW.

If I told you I was a compulsive liar, would you believe me?

Hahahah, this time black wire to black wire means it's got farked polarity.
The graph would be good if I could flip it 90deg.

Frank.

That graph is epic.

It's stupid. It's spastic. It's almost unbelievalbe.

Are you sure you didn't draw that?!?

It's just a diagonal line!!!

That motor is making lazy power!!

Run it in.

Then run it on the dyno at 24psi. The Garrett will love it long time.

You know you wanna!

I'd love to ramp it up to 24psi and get to 250KW but I want it to be super reliable so we're pulling back boost to 18-19 psi.
I have seen better graphs, I was kind of hoping it would make power a bit sooner and be a bit fatter under the curve. But what the hell, it's OK.
Lauchlan from Chiptorque said to run it in at the track and bring it back to him for the final tune.

Drove it around tonight.
Impressions are...........straight cuts are loud(awsome)
Time between gear shifts is very short.
It's rough and tight handling. Like a go-kart only faster.
On the way back from the coast Jarrod put the car over the weigh bridge at his work and it came in at 1180kg.

Items purchased in preparedness for final tune.
E-boost street,
12-30psi Garrett wastegate actuator,
Turbosmart Fuel pressure guage.
Once all the guages are hooked up we're ready to roll.

Just have to make sure I don't bog the car in my dad's driveway.
