Does anybody know how to get rid of the delay when applying the throttle on a 3.0L from zero ? Thanks Paul

I'm not 100% sure but I do remember reading about a reflash of the PCM. I would give Subaru a call.

tuning it. my wrx also had the throttle delay and there is a drive-by-wire throttle map in the ECU. this determines how the car reacts to your foot position etc etc.

I would have a search around on asn, its nothing but gen4 over there so if there is an alternative solution then those guys have prob found it. Subaru seem to have fixed it with Si Drive on the later gen4s, no lag on my MY07 Outback except on the "slow" setting :dance:

Apparently it can be corrected with a retune, I think I will have to look further into it though. Regards Paul
