After going through a tank of fuel since i got the OBK, im wondering what others are getting out of their GenIII's. Granted most of my driving was on the highway, I drove about 540kms before the fuel light came on. Expecting there to be about 10L left in the tank (The Gen2 had 9L according to the manual when the light came on), I drove to work and filled up at 567kms. To my surprise, it only took 51L!!! (Out of the 64L tank!) Makes me believe I had about 15L when the light first came on??! Does this seem right? Either way im reasonably impressed with the economy - i have an app that records my economy; currently sits at 9.012L/100km EDIT: Forgot to mention I use Premium UL

Mine does the same thing Morgan. I believe it states somewhere in the manual that the light comes on when there is about 15L left.

I normally just fill up when I get around 550km and it takes around 45-50 litres to fill it. I've never really ran the gauntlet to see how much I can get out of a tank sorry. But the best effort was 7.9L/100km which was when I drove to QLD with 2 other mates and a boot full of gear the worst was about 10L/100km when I only did short trips and city driving and I average around 8.5-9L/100km.

I fill mine up and it lasts all the way to empty. Then I have to fill it again.

If I told you I was a compulsive liar, would you believe me?

I usually get around 400 city driving in the B4,light comes on and then i fill it, i think your supposed to get another 50k from when the light flashes 5 times (in turbo model)?? Not sure as i have never risked running it that low.

Ahh good, sounds like I am in the same boat fuel consumption wise with the B4, As others have said, depends VERY much on how I drive and if its city or highway. Best consumption I have had is 10.2L/100km (mostly highway at speeds *er hem* slightly higher than the posted limit) worst has been 14.4L/100km. I did notice however than on average I am getting 0.5- 1.0L/100km WORSE since I moved to Perth last year than what I was getting in Adelaide. Im wondering if its slight change in brew in the Ultimate 98 over here.

According the iPhone app I have I am getting 9.91L/100kms. It was almost 11 but I'm slowly working it down. Light usually comes on at about 510kms and the manual says the light means 10L left in tank.

Thats seems pretty good for a B4!
My light came on with 15L left in the tank as previously mentioned, is it different between the TT and the regular 2.5?

Gen 3 Pro tip, you will get 300km from the first half a tank and 150 from the second half. Well i did every time in the B4, without fail. And then it would take 45ish litres, got 10L per 100km no matter how i drove it. Seriously, highway cruising or flogging it thru the hills, got the same economy, never worked out how?
