Look, in all honesty we feel that the rules / registration agreement and the moderation policy cover all necessary bases at this stage. I don't think we need to bring in draconian rules as there simply is not a need. It should be all common sense anyway, be nice play nice and all is well.
I will look further in to signature image limits, however I will be performing an update to the site very soon.
