hi.i do body n paint from home..i do other stuff too...what i wanted to know is how n were i should post it if its ok?..i am heaps cheaper then shops but i'm also not a tradesman eather but turn out good work...i'm also into barter if anyone is low on cash but wants to exchange parts for laboure....anyway if a mod can give me some info on if its ok to post an add and were it should go...thanks guys

If the work you are offering is through a legitimate business, you won't be able to advertise unless you pay for the privilege through the vendors section or at least get the approval to do so from an Admin.
However, if it's just something you do on the side I'm sure that none of us will have a problem in you offering your services to members that indicate they would like them.
It will be a case of keeping pricing/payment agreements off the board and via PM or personal email addresses.
As mentioned above, you will probably find more people are interested if you take more care in how you present your posts and if you are able to post up some high res images of the work that you have completed.
