The Exhaust Tone Thread - Turbo / NA
#1
Posted 23 November 2010 - 09:20 PM
thought it might be a good idea to start an exhaust tone thread that can be used as a guide to help people when looking to change the system on their car. If you have a clip to add please pm me a link to the sound or video clip (if you send me a file or link to download your clip i will add the subyclub titles which helps us advertise the site) along with details of the system and i will add it to the list below. Hopefully we can build a collection of clips and vidios that will benefit anyone looking for their perfect exhaust tone. The more we get the better the guide so all systems welcome, the good and the not so good. Comment are more than welcome but i will from time to time be cleaning up the thread so that it mainly remains just video and sound clips
Disclaimer: Please remember these are just sounds/video clips, they will sound different on your computer than they do in real life. Nothing beats hearing the real thing. Please use this thread as a guide only and do your homework before handing over your hard earned.

I would have gone to the kitchen, collected a brown bag, dropped my dacks, pinched off a loaf in said bag, done up dacks, stickytaped bag, placed bag in envelope, and mailed it right to your face for being such a tool.
It's ok, sometimes when we herp, we also derp.

I would suggest sticking with what you have, all a cannon will do is make it a lot louder and not really worth it
I should just convert to single, right?As soon as she hands it to you, slowly take of your pants, then, while staring her straight in the eyes rub it against the tip of you penis, while continuing your painfully intense gaze whisper to her;
"My eye is watering, this might be a bit hot"

Hey guys I drive a 04 subaru Impreza rs. Currently I run exactors with 2.5" cat back exhaust with dual tip. I'm curious to know if what I've got is alright or a cannon would be better because I see them around a lot with cannons or different size from cat back ? What's your opinions guys I'm all ears
look up other cars with the same or similar system and go from there

I keep reading on other forums that they are really quiet.
Just unsure whether it would be worth it to put one on an NA
