Thanks mate. Used a can of VHT Wrinkle Red, after I got it sandblasted.
Came out nice I reckon.

Cheers,

I put up with people from amnesty, red cross and now the cancer council almost daily hounding me!! Throw in the greens, green peace, unhcr, save the forking children and I've well and truly hit my limit for the number of fuckstains wanting me to sign something or give money. Seriously cubts,  :fork: right off.

Soooooo.

Replaced bottom hose on header tank today. Guess what?

Header tank is ******. The brazing where the radiator cap clips onto is broken, and it pisses coolant out once pressurized. Gunna give Ichiban a call tomorrow and see if they will send me a new one under warranty.

Plan B, does anyone have one?

Cheers,
Shazza

header tanks are hot property mate!! make sure you try and get a metal one as the older plastic ones perish and crack.

Hahaha. Def no big end bearing. :drinks:

No exhaust cept a 3" dump.

Dylsauce - Yeah mate, cheering. Still trying to find out why the ABS light won't go off. It's weird, we plug the scanner in, erase the ABS error car, and turn the car back on, no problem. As soon as you disconnect the scanner, light comes back on. I don't get it. Oh well.

Cheers,
Shazza

Lol at ecu plug.
To get rid of the abs fault you need to bridge the 5v power supply wire for the G sensor to one of the two ABS-TCU wires. This is done at the ABS unit under the bonnet. The two wires are next to each other.

did you try this? because i did this and it fixed my old car when i went from auto-man conversion.

Yeah, that was the first thing I tried, but it didn't work. It just comes on once engine is on, even after I reset the ecu with the scanner.

Hey Shaz, check that you dont have any wiring passing past or too close to the ABS unit, Ants car gets random ABS lights since we installed the HID'S, turns out, if you have the ballast next to the ABS unit it gets a light, move it and its all good.

worth a check?
