Thanks for all your help though Shane, been very much appreciated.
Feels weird knowing you don't own the rsk anymore.. It was your pride and joy.
Ps I like how this thread has been hijacked but so many technical questions have been brought up and answered!

When the time comes for the Gen III to go, I'd like one like yours next.
If I told you I was a compulsive liar, would you believe me?

I really thought you would have owned a VL T by now.

then it'd be a matter of two toning it with silver, and slapping some chasers on it.

Ps I shit you not, I already got quotes on a rebuild within 3 days of owning it.. Because I'm expecting it.
They reckon it's got a titanium shaft or something supposedly, if it pops on converting to a different turbo and launching the twin scroll setup.

who tuned them or if they where tuned at all is the question....i know of a few outting out over 240kw atw and dont have a problem at allNice pickup, although I saw an awfully increasing trend on one of these just the other day, broken shaft in the turbo, subaru don't want to know about them, pretty common apparently, so your thoughts on keeping the exhaust tame might be well worth doing.
Regards
Paul

Thanks Shane, you could've told me!!!
To be honest, most threads i've read about turbo's popping, 90% of them have been tuned by MRT!.
I'm hoping it's the manual's turbo that pops more readily than the Auto, but knowing my luck...
I don't know why, but I have this constant mis-trust when driving the subi, like I know it's going to blow up and it's just a matter of when, where with the Honda it never was in my mind at all.
Shane, I'm hearing great things about this Pulse Racing guy, everyone seems to swear by their left nut about him, can you back him up to?, I might have a chat with him about the car, and possibly get my 100k done there or see how much he'll charge.
ALSO.. I'll buzz you during the week shane and pick up a can of UEC?
cheers
Brendan

Brendan, I can vouch for him doing good work. I am very happy with the tune on my car.
Supposed to be well priced to, ay Josh?
Indy is like 500m from my house, and I have great trust for his work, but he's not an O.G Subaru know it all,
He knows his way around them, don't get me wrong, but this Pulse guy seems to know his kit!.
With PhatGT / Michael, is this bloke a shop or just a hardcore subi fanatic?

Might think about it dude, the car sits relatively low as is to be honest.. compared to the B4, the GT looks slammed!
The rear of them sits at a perfect height. But I think the fronts could go an inch lower.

I know you're all gonna laugh, but i'm booking her in for walls on the tyres again
I'm thinking baby blue, or maybe white.. see how I feel on the day, red won't go with the blue of the car
