plans on building an unusual race car for regularity events hence the vortex and cost factor

what ive done so far is strip out interior, cut out sunroof gutter rust, plastic welded crack in front bar, currently working on welding up the sun roof, panel beating and getting ready for priming ready to spray subaru colour bright red.

currently running the old injection ea82 in fwd form till it pops.

the plan is to convert to ej20t and rear wheel drive conversion, 5 stud wheels role cage, suspension and brake upgrade.

I put up with people from amnesty, red cross and now the cancer council almost daily hounding me!! Throw in the greens, green peace, unhcr, save the forking children and I've well and truly hit my limit for the number of fuckstains wanting me to sign something or give money. Seriously cubts,  :fork: right off.

Hey mate, nice - welcome !

Looks interesting, how much do these Vortex's weigh, and easy to swap over to newer hubs etc. or bit of work involved? Keen to know more about this one !

That is way too cool.
I'll be keeping an eye on this for some tips.
As Tony Montana would say:

Then when you get the money, you get the power.
Then when you get the power, then you get the women.

thanks guys, its definatly a car that grows on ya and a bit rare these days. it weights about 1000kg, the 5 stud is a bit of work will be done when the conversion liberty/rexy hubs modifyed to vortex arms also good for suspension upgrade, also in the progress of looking to put the front ventilated discs and hand brake setup on the rear and upgrade the front with cheap volvo 4 pots and probly 15inch rims as im trying to keep this build minimum cost maximum fun, she only cost me 300 bucks to start with lol. i also have another subaru a 04 3.0r-b garnett red
