Just make sure you aim them down a little bit. Drive up to a wall and screw the headlights down. As they're not projector headlights, your lights will spray all over the place and annoy oncoming drivers. If you aim them down a little, it won't be as bad..
But you'll get the message by everyone flashing you at night...

The real hard to get to, skinny, long bolts with a phillips head bit on the end. You might have to get a ratchet in there to do it. Unless you got real tiny hands.

Remember there are two adjustments.

One up/down and the other left/right.

Adjust them with the car on level ground pointing straight on a flat surface.
That way you can see if you are making the correct adjustment.

Easy isn't it lol..

Get some LED parkers from ebay, i found a joint in China that did a pack of 10 for $2 shipped for free.

so enough for Boot, parkers and a couple of spares ;)

makes them look a heap less blue also.

They are soooooo blue. Hopefully the Parker led makes it look less blue compared to the yellow halogens.
Do you find it much brighter?
And how'd ya go aiming them down?

Where? I'm gonna get a ton of them and sell them to my mates. They all go and get them from autobarn for like $15-$20 each...

My headlights are projectors (gen2) and they were already aimed just right.

just ebay search for LED's and then look for for ones that have free postage.. i'll look later if i can find the seller.

also, check out my Build thread, it has some before and after phots, can tell how much of a difference the LED's make

they aren't blue.. the look blue cause your parkers are piss yellow..

once the SMD parkers are in, you'll understand!

I had old-skool 55w ballast HID's in my B4 and they were blindingly bright! the 35w in this kit is perfect.

Hey Brendan are you going to do your projector fogs?

Yeah hopefully this weekend dude..

I got the kit sitting in the back of the car as we speak.. gotts sus out where I can get the ballasts to stay though once i'm under there.. I might use some self tappers and bolt them up inderneath somewhere.. don't wanna use double sided tape under there..

it will complete the car..

Every globe in the car, bar the glove-box will be LED / SMD / HID / White, once the fogs are done.

I did the reverse lights the other day with SMD's too :)

What SMD's did you use like how many were on them?

Just bought a HID conversion kit which comes with matching LED parkers
Cheers, Joel
