What, are you going to steal my car that I can't start? phfft :P

Ahahaha - funny out of context.

O ya, I will see them during the week.

Just a progress report, i charged the battery overnight and the car started straight away. It prompted for a code, it accepted the mastercode and now my normal code is back.

Weird. Just to make things more interesting it re-enabled the anti-hijack *sigh*

Can anyone remember what the number is to disable anti-hijack? hold down #1?

I think it was option 7 or 5.. sorry dude.. but trying won't hurt!, option 3 is manual arming mode..

The manual thatg you get with the car, doesn't tell you how to disable hijack

Most brant alarm issues are from dry joints which were confirmed by drag queen brenda and myself today. (sorry didn't take pix) I found 2 issues with the module, 1. the capacitor wasn't soldered on properly causing intermittant arm, dis-arm 2. All the relay solder points were phucked, now I'm not sure that its heat related, but 've resoldered them now, re-connected, done the jump start trick so far so good!
I prefer TWINS!

Now anyone up for a friendly game ?
