Wouldn't have thought lowering a Subaru would effect the camber, not like it does on a Commodore.

when i lowered the impreza i had to put camber pins in the rear as it when out to 4' neg camber.
the camber pin kit only set me back around $70 trade at pedders brookvale. go buy a set of cmaber pins and get them put in and a wheel alinment then try your wheels on, shouldnt rub at all.
