Yeah, I saw a photo at All Things Subaru in Brisbane.. and he sent me a link via rslc.. epic!!
Everything got pushed backwards, bumper, radiator, etc etc!

I used to do this sort of thing with my first car....ahhh what a beast
1981 subaru 1800 touring wagon. Although i always added some weight to the back if i was planning some big air...lol....mind you, i dont think i ever got that much air, that was some good hang time

Interesting example of what car club to NOT join :-)
I can't believe an organised event would allow something like that, I know I might be a piker but see how much room the guy had to stop afterwards before introducing himself to the trees, a bit crazy.
Fun can still be had, but safety should always be first and foremost in any motorsport.

I think it was more a case of that particular wagon being a bit of a freak! See how little run-up there was? I'm sure the organisers didn't expect a launch of those proportions given the room allowed!! Massively OverPowered And Racing?
