Got the idea off Ben & Zach, yellow vinyl wrap, looks way better IMO, gives it some colour
Mods are going slow now since I almost cut my finger off which = no income due to useless hand...
aand i'm thinking of saving up for a gen4 lib wagon

The whole bumper issue has been getting to me more and more, so I decided to get off my arse and fix it. Got quoted $500 to fix it and thought that seeing as i dont have that sort of money lying around. Soooooo, DIY to the rescue, ended up sanding it back over a few days, using some stuff i found in my garage to connect the broken pieces of the bumper back together, i think it was Selleys knead it, either way it dried like rock, did some more sanding, used a can of spray putty on it, more sanding, primed it then got some paint from Autolac in brookvale today and painted away this evening. Looks sooo much better though im gonna get one more can of base to fix up a few tape marks
Pics-
Before:
Spray putty
Primer
After Paint-
I assume with a bit more drying time the clear coat should give a shinier finish.

That looks great, Steve!
Good on you for tackling it yourself.
$500 is $500 and what are the chances of you going offroading next weekend and scratching it some more?!
Hahaha
