The whole bumper issue has been getting to me more and more, so I decided to get off my arse and fix it. Got quoted $500 to fix it and thought Posted Image that seeing as i dont have that sort of money lying around. Soooooo, DIY to the rescue, ended up sanding it back over a few days, using some stuff i found in my garage to connect the broken pieces of the bumper back together, i think it was Selleys knead it, either way it dried like rock, did some more sanding, used a can of spray putty on it, more sanding, primed it then got some paint from Autolac in brookvale today and painted away this evening. Looks sooo much better though im gonna get one more can of base to fix up a few tape marks :)

I assume with a bit more drying time the clear coat should give a shinier finish.

If you polish the clear it will come up shiny as, but let paint dry for a few weeks!
