I never worked out what roof scoops do. Surely it's something practical, or was need for speed just playing with my mind.

The roof scoops allow air fresh air Into the car, so you can leave the windows up. Apparently cause of the pressure it doesn't allow dirt in. I think the air re circulates or something. Te race controller at Wakefield was telling me, about it.

Oooh new GT,

So apparently there is some big football game on down here today, lucky for me i'll be stuck at work, surrounded by tv's.

As soon as she hands it to you, slowly take of your pants, then, while staring her straight in the eyes rub it against the tip of you penis, while continuing your painfully intense gaze whisper to her;

"My eye is watering, this might be a bit hot"

I should just convert to single, right?

Morning Alex.

Almost run in?

How do you keep load on the engine?

Another 500 odd k's. I've already done 1000kms on this oil. (10w30 mineral, CM rated)

I vary the loads, revs and boost.

At the moment, I'm just running 12psi boost, but occasionally, I give her bursts of 15psi for a three second period, rest it for three seconds, and so on, for about ten times, then resume 12psi varied loads.

Its cool to feel the motor loosening up!

My run in regimen so far:

1) kmart oil for initial oil pump prime and start up to operating temp
2) running in oil (Penrite brand) for 500km. Strictly 5k rpm limit, waste gate pressure (9psi)
3) 10w30 Elf Mineral CM rated oil. 6k rpm limit, low boost setting (12psi), with occasional bursts of 15psi for 1500km
4) 10w40 Synthetic. Frash. I think I'll keep boost down this time, until I get a tuneable ECU and bigger injectors, and get it tuned properly.

This motor has a stack more static compression than the old motor, so I can't just screw in more boost like the old motor on the factory ECU.

Sounds good. I guess the hardest thing is keeping the load on when you have an engine that wants to go.

When I ran in my 2nd Gemini engine, I filled the back with two layers of bricks and drove up and down the Dandenong ranges.

I'm trying to get to the Royal National Park. I've already done it at least three times.

One time, I took a bird I'm kinda seeing at the moment, out for dinner, about 15k's away from her house. I asked her if it was alright to take the long way home. She said OK.

So I took a 100km detour via the Royal National Park to run the car in at 2AM.

She loved it.

:)
