Hey Guys
i am about to buy some sti springs and shocks and know that there is some drilling involved as well as removing and putting the new gear in. I live in the northern beaches and was wondering if anyone would be interested in giving me a hand that has done this before or knows what they are doing ha ha. I have also been informed that my 2004 forester xt has a self leveling system.... do we know how to get around this? i am just waiting for an answer back but i am just looking to see if i can find someone that would like to lend a helping hand?

can help you if you need mate. i thought the my01-04 sti gear bolted in with no issuses but if you went for the later gd sti gear (the 5x114.3 hubs) you will have to drill. but i may be wrong.

I don't mind giving you a hand mate. Just gotta find a free weekend!
Will need a massive breaker bar which I don't have so if other people have tools to help I'm sure we can get it done!
Re self levellers, it's a part of the struts so once they're replaced with the sti ones, you'll be fine!
