I don't remember C2D. Was he the red droid that one of the other X Wing pilots had in Star Wars : A new hope?

Sig worthy.

Wish I had a proper meal. Been eating junk for a few days because of moving. All that's left in this house is a tv, a lounge and some air beds. (and my laptop)

Moving in with my cousin on Monday though, so less internet but more time for SubyClub. ;) Hoping to get a new job soon though so I can move to Newcastle.

Shaz will quit smoking when Rendawg loses his virginity.

It was nice knowing you shazza.

does anyone do their own jerky/biltong? I bought the missus a dehydrator for her birthday, at her request, so Im keen to get drying some meats. Do you have to marinade the meat first?

Sig worthy.

@AMStrongale - Which kit did you use?

I need to do a saison asap. Maybe we can tee it up and Ill show you how I do a 10L all grain brew. I just dont know when in my week I'm going to fit it in. You'll be coming here to do it though. Farked if im gonna drive to Spearwood and be attacked by concrete lions.

It's a fat yak style kit. Brown box, you know the one.

Its not great but i can say for certainty ive paid money for worse tasting beers.

25L fermenting tank, 19L keg. Im no math genius but that gives be 6L to bathe in.

Come down one day, skip "beer school".

Ugh i could ramble on for forking days about this stuff.

Filled the keg and had about 3-4L left...so, 22-23L mark.

ok. For a second there i thought you'd filled the fermenter to the brim. Which would be bad.

your probably better off only putting 17 or 18L, into your 19L, kegs too. A bit of head space will allow you to put more CO2 in which will not only keep the beer more "stable" in the keg, but the CO2 will dissolve into the beer too, helping to maintain its carbonation.

Sig worthy.
